with love Smally… was created as an inspirational pictorial blog showing her love of design, art, fashion and architecture. 

Fashion-conscious at a young age, Lisa Lee Kato grew up loving the beauty and wonder that different fabrics, cuts and textures could create.

Having moved to Australia after living in Korea and Japan, Lisa was exposed to a variety of styles and cultures that she incorporates into her styling work today. 

Still on a journey to further develop her craft and passion, Lisa began work in many other areas of the fashion industry such as design, showroom, and editorial, slowly expanding her creative repertoire to a business level.

It was on this journey she came to launch her career as a Fashion Event Manager, working with several new and emerging Australian designers such as Michael Lo Sordo, Valerie Tolosa, Suzie Pizzuto, Kylie Hawkes, Suzi Rose, Sofia Antoinette, Perspective Apparel, Trash Tusa, Vanna and companies such as Microsoft, Christopher Hanna Hair, MAC cosmetics, Napoleon, FACE fashion and Fashion TV.

Having developed her Stylist portfolio in both Sydney and Singapore working with magazine such as Frankie, Oyster, RUSSH,  JUICE, Seventeen and FEMALE as well as being invited to Tokyo and Seoul Fashion Week each year she has had the opportunity to work with popular celebrities, agencies and bands on.

Constantly inspired by vintage glam and edgy modern looks, her grounded and bubbly personality has made her a popular choice among the fashion industry and fashion conscious public.
